With a previous partnership with a large barbecue chain, we set out to bring serious sizzle to the grill—layering bold spices, deep umami, and that unmistakable Sichuan kick into every skewer. The goal: create craveable, adventurous skewers that push beyond the familiar, without losing the essence of smoky, crowd-pleasing comfort.
The Solution
Together, we explored our most vibrant seasoning profiles, layering fiery Sichuan pepper with earthy umami depth. Combined with our dependable, integrated supply chain, we co-developed spicy skewers with a fresh new take on international cuisine.
