The piece examines how the industry is responding to rising cocoa prices, shifting consumer expectations, and the need for more sustainable supply chains. This follows a visit by Lara to ofi’s Amsterdam Customer Solutions Center in October – when our team were able to showcase how we deliver value for customers through ingredient innovation, technical capabilities and deep sustainability expertise. As highlighted in the article, we’re working closely with our customers to help them optimize costs without compromizing on the taste, color, or quality of their chocolate-flavoured products.
Our integrated approach – spanning cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts, and spices – enables us to help de-risk supply chains and deliver smarter, more sustainable solutions. And we’re clear that long-term success means delivering for our customers and the communities we work with.
