Rio Luna® Crushed Tomatillos 6-102 oz
Fresh whole Tomatillos are de-husked, washed and diced to a target of ¼”. The tomatillos are acidified (if necessary), heated to pasteurization temperature and filled into cans, which are sealed while the product is still hot. The product is then cooled quickly to provide a commercially sterile finished product.
