How do you create a dairy-free beverage that’s creamy and indulgent, yet clean-label and functional? We set out to craft a cold golden milk that delivered richness without the usual thickeners or heavy processing—a tricky balance for plant-based drinks.

The solution

Cashew protein powder became our unexpected hero—offering body, creaminess and stability—all without the need for heavy processing or added thickeners . Paired with our Warm Sedona Sunset spice blend, a gentle bold mix of ancho chili, orange, cinnamon and ginger. The result was a flavor that’s earthy, aromatic, and just a little unexpected—a balance of warmth, citrus notes and spices with a pleasing refreshing and nourishing depth.
