Parsley

The perfect partner to our wide array of complementary dried vegetable ingredients. Grown by our farmer partners in California within 60 miles of our processing facility, ensuring field to processed ingredient within 16 hours.

Thyme

A great addition to soups, braises and vegetable dishes, thyme has an earthy, semi-sweet flavor with a slightly minty taste. It’s an essential final ingredient in Mediterranean cuisine.

Basil

The flavor of dried basil provides a more intense flavor than the fresh variety. This makes it a perfect seasoning in pizza sauce, pastas and herbal teas.

Marjoram

With a slightly bitter undertone and a sweet, delicate flavor, marjoram is often used in dressings, meat dishes and preserved meats. Our marjoram is dried naturally under the Egyptian sun.

Dill

Commonly used in pickling, dill has a sour, pungent flavor that pairs nicely with seafood, vegetables, and potatoes.
