Your feedback helps us improve our business, make sure our suppliers meet our requirements, and increase transparency in our supply chains.

Our grievance procedure applies to the whole ofi supply chain: our farming operations and supply chain infrastructure (processing plants, warehouses and logistics hubs), and our third-party suppliers.

 

Please report any policy or code breaches that lead to illegality, exploitation of workers or local communities, or unacceptable land management. You can find a definition of bad practices in our Living Landscapes Policy and Supplier Code.
