Going digital across our integrated supply chains

Digital technology has a vital role in ofi. We have developed some unique digital tools to help improve farming for everyone in the supply chain. We also embed digital solutions to constantly improve data and insight to offer transparency across the supply chain.

Changing farming through digital technology

Our company could not exist without our focus on digitization and digital excellence. Our digital technology & tools play a key role to increase visibility, achieve more sustainable production and to be more efficient.

Our data systems and digital applications connect our farmgate presence to the rest of our product offering. Providing unique (sustainability) insights and enabling flexible solutions to build multi stakeholder relationships across supply chains.

Increase visibility, achieve more sustainable, efficient production

How we use our digital technology and tools plays an important role throughout our entire value chain. It all begins at our first mile, at the farms where we source and grow our raw materials.

Through digital farmer engagement we enable education, farmer payments and responsible sourcing. Origin data is processed in our farmer information system and made available to our customers through the revolutionary insights platform AtSource.

Olam Direct

Our industry-leading platform that will give those currently beyond our buying stations direct access to advice, financing, supplies, and sales. It empowers farmers to get prices and transact with our teams rather than going through intermediaries, which yields not only higher prices for farmers but cost savings on their expenses.

The Olam Farmer Information System (OFIS) allows our field staff to collect data, record GPS data points for farms and social infrastructure, manage training activities, and track all "first mile" transactions including financing, input distribution, and crop purchases.
