Native to Mexico, tomatillos are a fruit that actually isn’t a “green tomato,” as they’re called in Spanish. It has a distinct, intense, sour flavor and is an essential ingredient in Mexican cuisine.

Our tangy products are made from freshly harvested fruits of tomatillos that are peeled, washed and either preserved whole or crushed into a liquid consistency. 

Crushed

This ready-to-use product takes whole tomatillos that are stewed and peeled and crushed into a sauce. This minimizes labor costs while also providing a solid base for dips, sauces and stews. 

Whole

Harvested fresh, then stewed and peeled before they are preserved, our whole tomatillos can be the main ingredient in your salsa verde, green enchilada sauce or pozole verde.
