Dairy Liquids

Keeping the food & beverage manufacturing industry flowing with nutritious goodness.

Ingredient offering

We offer a wide range of liquid milk and concentrated dairy products to meet the needs of the food & beverage manufacturing industry.

Raw Milk

Raw milk is nutrient-rich liquid containing proteins, fats, lactose, vitamins, and minerals. It’s produced from the mammary glands of all mature female mammals (cows, buffaloes sheep, goat) after they have given birth. It’s neither heat-treated nor processed in anyway.

Pasteurized Milk

Pasteurized milk is the raw milk that has been heat-treated to specific temperature/time process to destroy harmful (pathogenic) microorganisms to eliminate risk of disease. Named after the French inventor, Louis Pasteur, the product comes in various formats: homogenised, toned, full fat, and low fat.

Liquid Concentrates

Generally, Skim Milk, Cream and Whey Concentrate are in liquid form made by partial removal of water by evaporation/membrane separation as a cost-effective solution to bulk transport concentrated liquid in road tankers over long distances from farms/plants to industrial users.

UHT Milk Products

Ultra-high temperature treatment is a processing technology that almost sterilizes liquid food by heating it above 135°C (the temperature required to kill many bacterial endospores), for 2 to 30 seconds. Combined with aseptic packaging, UHT milk and products offers long life without refrigeration requirements.

Condensed Milk

Evaporated milks are concentrated milk products which can be obtained by the partial removal of water from milk while Sweetened Condensed Milk is made the same way but with addition of sugar. Generally packed in tins and long-life formats, these are extremely popular for ready-to-use applications.
