Feel energized with this fully washed organic coffee from our Mukwija and Lugendo washing stations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The green coffee is sourced from smallholder farms in South Kivu, located at altitudes between 1,500 and 2,500 masl. The coffee contains notes of chocolate, orange and caramel
We have 35 agronomists working in the region to train farmers in GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) and help them gain organic certifications. We also work together with partnes like USAID to support 8,500 farming households by improving their coffee production and sales and reduce poaching and deforestation around Kahuzi-Biega National Park in DRC’s South Kivu province.
